International Mentoring Day

Internationally, this day honors Muhammad Ali’s birthday on January 17 in recognition of his six core principles (confidence, conviction, dedication, respect, giving and spirituality), which apply so well to mentoring relationships. We're celebrating by acknowledging our international UGA student mentees and the outstanding UGA mentors we have all around the globe. Take a look at where our UGA Mentors are located here.

It just so happens that this year, the date falls on Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day of Service.
